Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary.

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
4. Payment
Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays.
Panda Pops Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery companies.
6. Bespoke & Personalised Items
Personalised and bespoke products are made to order.
Please ensure all spelling, names and personalisation details are correct before placing your order.
As these items are custom made, they cannot usually be returned unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
7. Handmade Products
Many of our products are handmade.
Small variations in colour, grain, finish or appearance are part of the handmade process and are not considered faults.
8. Cat Toys & Safety
Our toys are designed for supervised play.
No toy is indestructible.
Customers should regularly inspect toys for wear and remove them if damaged.
Panda Pops Boutique accepts no liability for damage or injury caused by misuse or unsupervised use of products.
9. Natural Products
Some products contain natural materials including rabbit fur, feathers, silvervine, valerian, matatabi or catnip.
Every cat reacts differently to these products.
Please supervise your pet during use.
10. Returns
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers may return most unused items within 14 days of receiving them.
Returned items must be:
Personalised products, custom-made items and perishable goods cannot usually be returned unless faulty.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
11. Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.
We will arrange a replacement, exchange or refund where appropriate.
12. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure descriptions and photographs are accurate.
Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings.
Dimensions are approximate unless otherwise stated.
